it is because of the low engery cost I believe but the recharge time sux bad I had it for a bit was running a guild mate to the next town and it was a bust. I spend two days trying to cap it and ....awwguh it is not for me that is for sure.

Another Reason it might be a elite is because u have a very high chance of dodging attacks

yeah but so do dodge, lightning reflexes, whirling defense, and dryders defense an they arent elites

Has Anyone Read The Name "Escape" The Purpose is this is simple, when your team is about to die you use it, works great for PvE if your in a hard area, it basically gets you out period, because of the high evade chance enemies never chase you. Its not worth an elite spot less your in somewhere really hard "Last Missions in game"

If you just need to run somewhere, Escape, Storm Chaser and Dodge, used in the right sequence will keep you running a long time.

its not worth an elite skill, but i think it it cos its the ranger version of charge

It lasts almost as long as Whirling, gives you the same dodge rate as Whirling, lets you run faster, same recharge. It's super Whirling. That's why it's elite. Good for running. Not much else.

Perhaps they thought of using this for GvG flag running as well... Personally... I don't think it is worth it...

yea,rajamic's right. its good, but not like OMG AN ELITE SKILL GET IT!!!
its the ranger version of charge and probably only good 4 grabing flags and relics and quest items

This Skill would work great for a W/R runner..... IF IT DID COUNT on expertise I think this should use Wildness survial not expertise then.

One more thing its seems to me that expertise is the least useful Primary Attribute Don't U guys Agree?

Yeah! expertise also affects all non-attribute linked skills! btw...a real ranger doesnt need other profession's unlinked skills! :P

using storm chaser and escape
with 12 expertise and ws you can basically keep up a constant run speed seeing as both will last +15 seconds recharge = 30

The recharge was 60 seconds....

And yes it's now a much better skill with the recharge cut in half.
